Stefano Cilli, Attaché/Programme Manager, Delegation of the European Union to Jamaica, speaking at the official presentation of the Trelawny Local Sustainable Development Plan:2030 & Beyond on March 16, held at the Trelawny Municipal Corporation Meeting Room in Falmouth. Grant funding of $20m was provided by the EU through the Ministry’s Sugar Transformation Programme towards the development of the plan.
